Grupo Pegasso is a registered Trademark that belongs to Federico Estevan in Mexico(Reg.No.533577) and USA(Reg.No.3129130). No services or products can be distributed or sold under this trademark without proper authorization from his owner. Federico Estevan has never given oral or written permision to Geo Records, OTH-Frontera Music or Emilio Reyna to reproduce, distribute or sell products with the Grupo Pegasso Trademark. The production and distribution of products with the Grupo Pegasso Trademark without propper authorization, is a violation of the rights of its trademark owner. La marca registrada Grupo Pegasso pertenece a Federico Estevan en Mexico (Reg.No.533577) y USA Reg.No.3129130) Cualquier persona que use la marca de manera indebida podra ser demandada ante los tribunales del pais que corresponda.
